Orthopedic & Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation

NYU Langone’s Rusk Rehabilitation cares for patients across the entire spectrum of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including back, neck, hip, elbow, and shoulder disorders, as well as arthritis-related joint pain and conditions affecting the bones, tendon, ligaments, and muscles. We treat people both before and after surgery, as well as those whose treatment plans do not include surgery. As part of the sports health team at NYU Langone, our physical and occupational therapists partner with sports medicine and sports performance specialists to create a treatment plan that helps you meet your goals.

We offer an extensive range of outpatient programs that are designed to help you improve strength and coordination while increasing activity levels and decreasing pain. Our physical and occupational therapists specialize in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, and we offer certified hand therapists.
