Care on Demand providers at NYU Langone offer prompt, top-quality primary care to adults who do not already have a primary care physician or who have a time-sensitive need.

We see patients on a walk-in basis Monday through Saturday. You can also schedule an appointment online up to two days in advance. Outside of the hours listed, please check out our urgent care and Virtual Urgent Care services.

Our Care on Demand providers treat a variety of common symptoms and conditions, from aches and pains to the flu, that do not require urgent or emergency care services.

Our Services

Our Care on Demand locations are in convenient residential neighborhoods that are just a walk or subway ride away. Your insurance may cover the cost of a visit. Learn more about Care on Demand insurance options.

Our providers offer the following services:

• physical or wellness exams that may include measuring your blood pressure, temperature, and other vital signs, as well as blood tests and imaging exams
• testing for viral illnesses like COVID-19 and the flu
• testing for a urinary tract infection
• prescriptions and medication refills (excluding narcotic pain management medications)
• pre-operative appointments
• standard vaccinations
• travel visits, including vaccinations for yellow fever, typhoid, and meningococcus

Our Care on Demand providers also ensure that you receive the follow-up care you need through our referral service.

After your visit, we can schedule a follow-up appointment with one of our exceptional NYU Langone primary care doctors or specialists for further treatment or preventive care.

Services We Do Not Offer

Care on Demand does not offer emergency care. Please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency care location for medical emergencies such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, choking, significant bleeding, stroke-related symptoms, or thoughts that could result in personal harm or harm to others.
