About Me
I am excited to be joining NYU Langone after more than 22 years in private practice. I bring extensive experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation, with a career spanning four decades and expertise ranging from ultrasound-guided joint injections to electrodiagnostic testing.
What I value most is working closely with patients to develop both a short-term treatment plan and a long-term program aimed at preventing future injury. In recent years, I have developed a special interest in the treatment and prevention of sarcopenia, the loss of muscle mass, and dynapenia, the age-related loss of muscle strength. I have presented on these topics at both local and national levels.
I believe that, under the right conditions, both of these conditions can be improved with a medically guided program of strength training and lifestyle modification. Working alongside the dedicated team at NYU Langone, I am committed to helping patients achieve lasting results—whether recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or maintaining independence and vitality with age.
