We provide HIV testing, treatment, and counseling. We also offer pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) to people who are HIV negative but are at high risk of contracting the virus through sex or intravenous drug use.
PrEP blocks the virus that causes HIV and is 99 percent effective at preventing infection when taken regularly. The medication is available free or at low cost to anyone, regardless of insurance or immigration status. To learn more or make an appointment, please call 718-431-2667.
We also offer primary medical care to people with substance use disorder. Naltrexone and other medications are also available for people who are trying to decrease their alcohol use.
