About Me

Growing up with a love for science, I discovered my path to medicine as a way to connect with people through something deeply important to everyone: their health. I was drawn to endocrinology because it focuses on protecting and optimizing health over the long term, something I find both challenging and deeply rewarding.

As an endocrinologist at NYU Langone, my focus is on helping patients achieve and maintain their best possible health through careful, individualized care. Trust and open communication are the foundation of my practice. I listen closely to my patients and ensure they play an active role in their treatment plan, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

In my practice, I treat a wide range of adult endocrine conditions, including diabetes, obesity, thyroid and parathyroid disorders, bone health issues, and adrenal conditions. Much of my work focuses on diabetes and weight management. I regularly use tools like continuous glucose monitors and insulin pumps to gather detailed health data, which allows me to make precise adjustments tailored to each patient’s needs. When helping patients with medical weight loss, I take a comprehensive approach, focusing on their overall metabolic health rather than just the number on a scale.

We are in an exciting era of rapid advancements in endocrinology, and I make it a priority to stay up to date with the latest innovations. By doing so, I strive to provide my patients with access to the most modern and effective care options available.

Endocrine conditions are often managed over many years, which allows me to build strong, lasting relationships with my patients. I’ve had the privilege of living and completing my medical training in Long Island and Queens, and this experience has given me a deep understanding of the unique needs of our community members. It’s truly an honor to be a trusted partner on my patients’ health journeys.
