How to Schedule a Mammogram

To schedule a mammogram at NYU Langone, please take the following steps:

• Make an appointment with your primary care doctor or your obstetrician–gynecologist, who will refer you to our imaging services by writing you a prescription for a mammogram.
• Once you have this prescription, schedule an appointment with NYU Langone’s Imaging Services.
• If your doctor has ordered a mammogram through your NYU Langone Health MyChart account, you can schedule most imaging exams using the NYU Langone Health app.

If you do not have a referring doctor, you can make an appointment with one of our primary care doctors or obstetrician–gynecologists.
