Before your visit, check your benefit plan to confirm that your insurance provides coverage with our providers and that their services will be covered. For plans we accept, we collect your out-of-pocket responsibility at the time of the office visit and bill your insurance for the remaining balance. If your insurance doesn’t cover the balance in full, you are billed for any remaining balance.
