About Me

At NYU Langone, my role as a pediatric neurologist and sleep medicine practitioner allows me to create personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each child and their family. My approach to care is holistic, focusing on the child, rather than just their symptoms. This approach is grounded in evidence-based practices. It's a privilege to guide children and their caregivers through different neurological conditions.

My expertise lies in managing various neurological conditions in children. These include seizures, headaches, developmental delays, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and autism spectrum disorder. I also have a specific interest in sleep disorders and epilepsy within the pediatric demographic. I interpret electroencephalograms (EEGs) in various settings including the office, the hospital and at home overnight studies. As a part of the NYU Langone Sleep Disorders Center—Garden City, we also provide overnight polysomnograms (sleep studies), multiple sleep latency testing, and maintenance of wakefulness testing.

Throughout my career, I've been committed to proactive healthcare engagement. This is reflected in my dedication to delivering comprehensive and coordinated care. As part of the pediatric epilepsy team and the sleep medicine center at NYU Langone, I work alongside a team of multidisciplinary experts to ensure optimal care for my patients.

The intriguing nature of the nervous system and its impact on the body inspired me to pursue a career in medicine, specifically pediatric neurology, epileptology, and sleep medicine. Being a part of NYU Langone, a hub of world-class medical expertise, fills me with immense pride. Our pediatric neurology practice, backed by decades of experience in diagnosing and managing various neurological disorders, is committed to delivering compassionate care.
