As an endocrinologist at NYU Langone Medical Associates — North Babylon, I am dedicated to fostering strong relationships with my patients. I believe that understanding each individual's unique perspective is crucial for effective treatment. By treating my patients as if they were family members, I aim to provide them with the information they need to make the best medical decisions for themselves.
I specialize in managing a wide range of endocrinologic conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disease, and osteoporosis. Additionally, I have expertise in treating less common disorders such as hyperparathyroidism, adrenal and pituitary gland diseases, and providing transgender care. With the rise of the obesity epidemic, I am particularly committed to helping my patients make sustainable lifestyle changes and addressing any underlying health issues.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of collaborating with other expert endocrinologists. This teamwork allows me to stay at the forefront of advances in the field and ensures that my patients receive the highest quality of care. My approach is rooted in the latest technological advances and a deep understanding of the diverse patient population I serve.
My journey into medicine was driven by a lifelong aspiration to become a doctor. My interest in endocrinology was solidified during college and medical school, where I was drawn to the specialty's technological innovations and the opportunity to make tangible changes in my patients' lives.
