About Me
I pursued a career in medicine driven by a passion for making a meaningful difference in people's daily lives. I specialize in acupuncture, integrating the holistic approach of traditional Chinese medicine with modern healthcare practices to support the body’s natural ability to heal itself. This specialization allows me to offer complementary treatment options that improve patients’ overall quality of life.
I treat a broad range of conditions in teenagers and adults. I focus on pain management—addressing issues such as neck pain, back pain, and joint pain—as well as neurological conditions like migraines, neuropathy, Bell’s palsy, trigeminal neuralgia, and Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD). I frequently assist patients dealing with stress-related concerns, including anxiety, insomnia, and fatigue. In addition, I provide care for chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia and digestive disorders, including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). As part of my practice, I offer acupuncture to support patients undergoing IVF treatments, helping reduce stress associated with fertility procedures.
The cornerstone of my practice is acupuncture with a focus on addressing the root cause of symptoms and restoring balance. I use specialized techniques, such as electroacupuncture, which uses gentle electrical stimulation to enhance traditional acupuncture for conditions like pain, muscle tension, and neurological issues. I also perform sculpt acupuncture to help with stroke recovery and neurological concerns, while auricular therapy is used to address migraines, RSD, and smoking cessation through detox points.
I view the body, mind, emotions, and environment as interconnected and emphasize integrative care, combining acupuncture with other medical approaches to enhance recovery and safety. I also incorporate lifestyle guidance and patient education, including stress management, posture correction, and dietary recommendations, to help patients maintain the long-term benefits of treatment.
I find the meaningful progress my patients achieve, whether it’s improved sleep, reduced pain, or enhanced mobility after treatment, the most rewarding part of my practice. Seeing patients adopt supportive lifestyle strategies and gain confidence in the healing process underscores the value of comprehensive care and the transformative potential of acupuncture.
