Center for Performing Artists

At the Center for Performing Artists at NYU Langone Health, we provide patient-centered care designed to support the demands of performance. Our mission is to support your health, resilience, and artistic longevity through services that promote wellness, performance optimization, and injury prevention.

We serve performers across disciplines and career stages, including dancers, instrumentalists, actors, vocalists, acrobats, and stage and crew members. Through coordinated access to specialists across NYU Langone, the center connects each patient with care aligned to their goals, specialty, and individual needs.

Coordinated Care for Performers

The Center for Performing Artists provides access to interdisciplinary care teams who understand the demands of performing. Depending on your needs, your care may include evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and support services tailored to the physical, vocal, and emotional aspects of your work.

Appointments are coordinated through the center, and your care is provided through NYU Langone’s established programs and services, including the Harkness Center for Dance Injuries, the Voice Center, Rusk Rehabilitation, and the Sports Performance Center.
