Our 12-week outpatient cardiac rehabilitation program helps people recovering from heart attack, heart surgery, or another cardiac event.
During the program, you’ll perform three hours of physician-monitored aerobic exercise per week. We educate you on ways to improve your heart health, including improving your diet and making better food choices. If you have diabetes, our nurse educator helps you learn how to monitor your blood sugar and stay healthy. We also help you stop smoking and teach you ways to manage stress and limit other heart disease risk factors.
At the end of the program, we provide you with recommendations for ways you can make regular exercise and healthy eating a part of your everyday life.
We provide speech–language pathology services for children with autism, developmental delays, articulation and phonological disorders, and receptive-expressive language disorders. We also have a therapeutic program for premature infants who need help with feeding and swallowing.
We provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech–language pathology to children with neurological conditions such as cerebral palsy and spina bifida. We also provide rehabilitation for children recovering from orthopedic injuries such as bone fracture.
