Dr. Griesemer specializes in pediatric liver transplantation, living donor liver transplantation, liver cancer surgery, and nontransplant operations to correct portal hypertension. Together with all the other members of the Pediatric Liver Disease and Transplant Program team, he strives to provide world-class, comprehensive care to his patients and the members of their family.
Dr. Kogan–Liberman is director of Pediatric Hepatology at Hassenfeld Children’s Hospital at NYU Langone. She provides treatment for children with all forms of liver disease. Her research focuses on cholestatic liver disease and noninvasive techniques for monitoring liver disease. When transplant is the best treatment option, she provides care before and after surgery.
Dr. Vittorio cares for children who have liver disease and, when necessary, guides patients and families through all stages of the liver transplant evaluation and process. She has cared for more than 250 patients after their liver transplants. Her other clinical and research interests include pediatric healthcare transition and cholestatic liver disease in children. Dr. Vittorio is an internationally recognized leader in pediatric hepatology and transplantation.
