The Pediatric Aerodigestive Center is led by a team of pediatric doctors who are experts in treating airway and gastrointestinal diseases.

Our Support Team

Children are treated by a team that includes physician assistants and a speech–language pathologist.

Tina M. Tan, MS, CCC-SLP, BCS-S, Coordinator for Pediatric Feeding and Swallowing Services

Ms. Tan is a speech–language pathologist and a board-certified specialist in feeding and swallowing disorders. She is recognized as a specialist in the assessment and treatment of children with feeding and swallowing impairments. She has a special interest in the diagnosis and treatment of medically complex oropharyngeal swallowing impairments and feeding disorders, and the management of these patients’ care using an integrated team approach.

Maria Casey, MS, PA-C

Ms. Casey is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in otolaryngology. She has worked in the field since 2017 and has been a part of the pediatric ear, nose, and throat team at NYU Langone Otolaryngology Associates since 2019.

Stephanie Youlios, MS, PA-C

Ms. Youlios is a board-certified physician assistant. She graduated from the Pace University–Lenox Hill Hospital Physician Assistant Program and has worked with the Pediatric Aerodigestive Center team since 2018. She collaborates with physicians, advanced practice providers, and nurses to implement new standards of care. Her clinical focus areas are inpatient care and tracheostomy management.

Olga Stavrakaridis, Senior Assistant

Ms. Stavrakaridis has extensive administrative experience in arranging care for patients who have complex gastroesophageal and respiratory diseases.
