About Me

I chose a career in medicine because it provided me with the opportunity to help others. As a cardiologist, I can have an immediate and positive impact on the care of patients with heart conditions. I was drawn to the specialty of cardiac electrophysiology because I wanted to better understand how to provide diagnosis and treatment to people with complex heart arrhythmias.

At NYU Langone Hospital—Long Island, I work alongside a team of experienced specialists who provide the highest quality of care for people with the most complex and challenging cardiac arrhythmic issues. Some of the conditions that my patients have include atrial fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, supraventricular tachycardia, and congestive heart failure.

Every patient is unique, which is why I value connecting with each person. I design personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs. My goal is to help people achieve the highest quality of life.

I am proud to be recognized as a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the Heart Rhythm Society. My published research on the ablation and management of atrial arrhythmias, particularly atrial fibrillation, supports the procedures I perform by improving patient outcomes.
