With my credentials as a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and ongoing pursuit of certification in the McKenzie Method (MDT), I am deeply committed to enhancing my expertise to better serve my patients.

My clinical interests lie in managing patients with lumbar and cervical spine pain, coordinating post-operative rehabilitation, and addressing a diverse range of orthopedic conditions involving the shoulder, hip, knee, ankle, and other joints. Understanding that patients have unique needs, I create personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving their distinct health and wellness goals. I believe in empowering my patients through education and active involvement in their own recovery, ensuring they play a crucial role in regaining their independence.

Over the course of my career, I have consistently employed innovative techniques to improve patient outcomes, honing my skills by treating patients with an array of orthopedic, sports, and neurologic conditions. I am dedicated to building strong partnerships with my patients, ensuring they feel supported and engaged throughout their rehabilitation journey.

I earned a bachelor of science degree in health science from Stony Brook University in 2021 and a doctorate in physical therapy from New York University in 2024. My passion for the field stems from a deep-seated desire to assist individuals in reclaiming their autonomy and enhancing their quality of life. This enthusiasm has driven me to seek advanced training and continuous education in orthopedic physical therapy, equipping me to deliver specialized care to individuals with complex medical histories.
