I specialize in managing chronic kidney disease, hypertension, and electrolyte disorders. Additionally, I treat acute kidney injury and handle the complexities of dialysis management. By integrating the latest research and technological advancements into my practice, I strive to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall patient experience.

Throughout my career, I have held significant leadership roles, including chief quality officer and chief academic officer at Mass General Brigham. These positions allowed me to spearhead initiatives that improved care delivery, patient safety, and operational efficiency. My background in administrative leadership, combined with my clinical expertise, enables me to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive performance and foster a culture of continuous quality improvement.

My journey into medicine was influenced by an early internship at a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant, where I learned high-reliability principles. This experience, coupled with my passion for clinical medicine, inspired me to pursue a career in nephrology.
