As a dietitian nutrition at NYU Langone Island Cardiac Specialists—Garden City and NYU Langone Endocrinology Associates—Rockville Centre, I am committed to promoting healthy eating principles and lifestyle habits. I focus on cardiovascular and metabolic health, emphasizing the importance of mindful eating, physical activity, and managing stress to achieve optimal health outcomes. I specialize in managing patients with a wide range of conditions, including prediabetes, type 1 and type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, and cardiovascular disease. Additionally, I provide expert guidance for gastrointestinal disorders such as irritable bowel disease (IBS), Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). My expertise extends to managing high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD), among other chronic conditions.

With 30 years of experience in the field, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a proactive approach to patient care. My practice is rooted in nutrition strategies tailored to each individual's needs. My educational background includes a master of science degree in nutrition, and I am a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN), certified dietitian nutritionist (CDN), and certified diabetes care and education specialist (CDCES). My passion for nutrition was inspired by a desire to help others achieve better health through informed dietary choices. At NYU Langone, I collaborate with a team to provide the highest standard of coordinated care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for my patients.
