My passion for medicine was ignited early in my career while working in a thoracic surgery research lab, where I was inspired by the potential of 3D printing technology and mesenchymal stem cells, a type of adult stem cell that can transform into various cell types, including bone, cartilage, fat, and muscle, for medical advancements. These experiences reinforced my decision to pursue a career in emergency medicine, where I can combine my clinical expertise with a commitment to leveraging innovative thinking to enhance patient care.
