At NYU Langone Psychiatry Associates, I specialize in providing psychotherapy to people struggling with anxiety, obsessive–compulsive disorder, trauma, and depression. I also offer cognitive behavioral therapy to help manage daily stress, major life transitions, or a recent loss. I am trained in using acceptance and commitment therapy, prolonged exposure, cognitive processing therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy.

Most of my work is focused on assisting people in identifying and restructuring unhelpful thinking patterns and engaging in values-based living. I help identify effective ways of building vitality and joy into the daily routines of those I see. My goal is to decrease the impact of fear and uncertainty, allowing people to live their lives in a meaningful and fulfilling manner.

As part of NYU Langone, I offer people a wide network of resources and support that is unique to a large academic medical center. I collaborate with our team of specialists to provide the best possible care and treat a range of mental health conditions.
