About Me

As a pediatric head and neck surgeon, I am dedicated to providing specialized care for children with ear, nose, and throat disorders, from newborns to adolescents. My passion for otolaryngology stems from the complexity of head and neck anatomy and its crucial role in daily life. I am particularly drawn to working with children, finding great joy in supporting their growth and helping them achieve their milestones.

My training has given me comprehensive exposure to the complexities of pediatric otolaryngology, with a special emphasis on the management of pediatric head and neck tumors, vascular anomalies, and thyroid diseases. As the daughter of immigrants, I am deeply committed to offering compassionate care to patients from diverse backgrounds. My philosophy is straightforward: treat every child and their family with the same respect and care that I would want for my own family. I prioritize trust and transparency, taking the time to educate families about treatment options to empower them in the decision-making process.

I am committed to delivering personalized care based on evidence-based medicine. Recognizing that caring for children is a collaborative effort, I work closely with a multidisciplinary team—including pediatric surgeons, pulmonologists, oncologists, radiologists, and speech-language pathologists—to ensure the highest quality of care for each patient.

In addition to my clinical work, I have contributed to the otolaryngology field by publishing several articles and textbook chapters. My interest in medical ethics led me to complete a fellowship in Clinical Medical Ethics at the MacLean Center for Ethics at the University of Chicago, reinforcing my commitment to ethical practice in medicine.
