Stacey Frisch, MD

As an emergency medicine physician at NYU Langone, I am deeply committed to providing care to anyone, anytime. The ability to serve a diverse patient population, without barriers or limits, is what initially drew me to emergency medicine and continues to inspire me every day.

I specialize in emergency medicine, with a focus on managing conditions that require immediate attention. With over seven years of experience in the field, I have honed my skills in rapid diagnosis and treatment, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care in urgent situations. My credentials include board certification in emergency medicine, and I am proud to be an associate residency program director, where I guide residents and students through one of the most important phases of their medical careers.

Throughout my career, I have balanced clinical care with my passion for education. I find immense joy in helping future physicians grow their skills and develop their own clinical styles. Watching them evolve from students into confident, capable emergency physicians is one of the most rewarding aspects of my career. Teaching pushes me to stay at the forefront of the latest advancements in our field, and I love the energy and curiosity that our residents bring to the department.
