During a summer research project, I developed a passion for working with women and their health concerns. What struck me was the enthusiasm women had for helping other women. Today, as a board-certified obstetrician–gynecologist, I enjoy assisting patients with their gynecologic concerns.

At NYU Langone, I treat conditions such as fibroids, abnormal uterine bleeding, adenomyosis, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, vulvar conditions, and sexually transmitted infections. In addition, I perform routine gynecologic exams, practice preventive medicine, and prescribe medical contraception, including subcutaneous, meaning under-the-skin, birth control implants and intrauterine device placements.

My special interest is minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, an area in which I have completed a fellowship and attained certification through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. I offer a wide variety of medical and surgical treatment options, including robotic, laparoscopic, and hysteroscopic techniques for noncancerous gynecologic conditions.

I see patients at NYU Langone at Trinity and perform both minor and major surgical procedures at NYU Langone’s Tisch Hospital. I am also a member of the Endometriosis Center and the Center for Fibroid Care. No matter the diagnosis, it is important to me that I offer women individualized treatment options. I can work with you to develop a plan of care that fits your medical needs and lifestyle.
