As a clinical psychologist at the Child Study Center, part of Hassenfeld Children’s Hospital at NYU Langone, I am dedicated to providing compassionate care to children, teens, and young adults. My philosophy centers on helping patients navigate and manage anxiety, mood disorders, emotion dysregulation, and substance use. I believe in normalizing and accepting difficult emotions, and I strive to reduce their impact on daily life through practical and empathic therapeutic approaches.
I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and harm reduction psychotherapy. With years of experience, I have honed my skills in these treatments to support patients in making concrete changes in their lives. My goal is to build self-esteem, self-acceptance, and self-validation, creating a collaborative environment where patients feel understood and empowered to reach their personal therapeutic goals.
