Charlotte Charbel, MD

As a radiologist specializing in oncologic imaging at NYU Langone, I am dedicated to providing precise and compassionate care. My fascination with radiology began at a young age, inspired by my father, an orthopedic surgeon, and the “magic” he performed in healing his patients. He would challenge me to find fractures in radiographs, transforming what I thought was just a game into a lifelong passion for medicine and patient care.

My clinical focus includes conducting comprehensive imaging assessments using MRI, CT scans, PET/CT, and PET/MRI to accurately diagnose and stage cancers. I strive to ensure that my analyses contribute meaningfully to patient outcomes, recognizing that each image represents an individual’s unique health journey.

Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to advancing the field of radiology through ongoing research and training future radiologists with the latest practices in oncologic imaging.
