As an emergency medicine physician at NYU Langone, I am driven by a passion for fast-paced, dynamic environments where every day brings new challenges. The emergency department (ED) allows me to work with a diverse array of patients, each with unique stories and needs. A key focus of my practice is point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS). This powerful tool enables me to quickly assess and diagnose conditions right at the bedside, allowing for faster treatment decisions and improved patient outcomes. POCUS not only enhances my clinical efficiency but also provides a wonderful opportunity to connect with my patients. Explaining findings in real time and involving them in their care makes the experience more reassuring and collaborative. With more than 10 years of experience in emergency medicine, I have honed my skills in managing acute conditions and ensuring timely, effective care.

Throughout my career, I have focused on proactive healthcare engagement, emphasizing the importance of patient education and involving patients in their own care. My work in the ED has allowed me to support patients and their families during critical moments, ensuring they receive compassionate care alongside medical expertise.
