I’ve always been fascinated by the science of medicine and deeply moved by the opportunity to help relieve human suffering. Cancer, in particular, is a life-altering disease that touches not only patients but their families as well. As a hematologist/oncologist, I feel privileged to become part of a patient’s care team, walking alongside them on their journey toward healing.

In my clinic, I treat patients with a range of hematologic disorders, including acute leukemias, myeloid disorders such as myelodysplastic syndromes and myeloproliferative neoplasms, bone marrow failure syndromes, and other blood-related conditions. I also specialize in evaluating patients for advanced therapies like stem cell transplantation—both autologous and allogeneic—CAR-T cell therapy, and other innovative cellular treatments for cancer and non-malignant diseases.

I believe that every treatment plan should be tailored to the individual, respecting their unique needs and preferences. When I meet patients for the first time, my goal is to ensure they feel comfortable understanding their diagnosis and the available treatment options. I also want them to know that they have a dedicated team ready to answer questions and provide ongoing support every step of the way.

I’ve been a principal investigator on investigator-initiated and industry-sponsored clinical trials using cellular therapies in acute leukemias and our team is committed to advancing care through clinical research and innovative treatment protocols. If conventional treatment options prove ineffective or too difficult to tolerate, we work hard to offer novel therapies through clinical trials. I believe patient-centered care means staying at the forefront of medical advancements while always putting the needs and well-being of the patient first.
