As a gastroenterologist at NYU Langone, I am dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to my patients. I believe in the importance of educating patients about their conditions and working together to optimize treatment plans. My role allows me to blend clinical knowledge with endoscopic skills to address a wide range of gastrointestinal issues, ensuring that each individual receives personalized and effective care.

I specialize in managing patients with diseases of the esophagus, stomach, intestines, liver, gallbladder, and pancreas. My expertise includes performing diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopies, colonoscopies, and small bowel video capsule endoscopies. I place a strong emphasis on preventive care, particularly in screening and surveillance for colon cancer and precancerous polyps, to help detect and address issues early.

Throughout my career, I have been actively involved in scientific research and medical education. I serve as a peer reviewer for multiple international medical journals and have published extensively on various gastroenterology topics. Mentoring the next generation of medical professionals is a passion of mine, and I take pride in having trained many who have become respected specialists in their own right.

My journey into medicine was driven by a desire to help others and contribute to the advancement of medical knowledge. I am grateful for the support of my family, mentors, and colleagues, as well as the opportunities provided by NYU Langone, where I can collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of experts, ensuring the highest standard of comprehensive and coordinated care for my patients.
