Danielle S. Wright, MD

As an emergency medicine physician at NYU Langone, I manage acute conditions and provide immediate, compassionate, and high-quality care during some of the most critical moments in my patients’ lives. I deeply value the team dynamic and the breadth of care that emergency medicine offers and strive to communicate effectively with patients and their loved ones to ensure they feel supported and informed.

With a medical degree and a master’s degree in health care administration, I bring a unique perspective to my practice, emphasizing both clinical excellence and departmental innovation in quality and safety. My educational background has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to excel in emergency medicine and contribute to the ongoing advancements in patient care at NYU Langone.

Inspired by my brother, who has autism and complex medical needs, I have dedicated myself to serving this community. In addition to caring for patients in the emergency department, I currently teach a course at NYU Grossman School of Medicine for medical students on techniques for working with patients with special needs, ensuring that future healthcare providers are well-equipped to offer compassionate and effective care to all patients.
