As a dedicated hospitalist at NYU Langone, my passion is providing comprehensive care to patients during their most vulnerable moments. I see the hospitalist as your personal medical consultant, coordinating care within the hospital. My fascination with science and broad curiosity across many subjects led me to internal medicine. The opportunity to be the go-to person for patients' health needs deeply resonates with me.

I specialize in hospital medicine, a field that allows me to engage with patients from the moment they are admitted to the hospital. My goal from day one is to improve your wellbeing so you can be safely discharged. My commitment to proactive healthcare engagement is reflected in my approach to patient care, emphasizing the importance of evidence-based practice and appropriate consultations.

Throughout my career, I have been involved in multiple quality initiative projects aimed at improving patient care. My work focuses on enhancing patient experiences and outcomes, reflecting my dedication to fostering strong patient–provider partnerships and ensuring a positive patient experience. As the medical director of Unit 17 East and the section chief of hospital medicine at Tisch Hospital, I am committed to overseeing the quality of patient care, fostering a collaborative team environment, and implementing best practices to enhance patient outcomes.

My journey into medicine was a natural progression of my skills and interests. The intensity of focus, the sanctity of the patient–doctor relationship, and the dynamic team environment in the hospital inspired me to pursue a career in internal medicine. As part of NYU Langone, I collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of experts, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated care for my patients.
