I find immense satisfaction in the dynamic and fast-paced environment of emergency medicine, where I can blend applied biology and humanity under pressure, ensuring that I am actively meeting my patients’ needs.

My journey into medicine began in college while working in a research laboratory. Although the scientific method intrigued me, it was the challenge of understanding people that truly captivated my interest. This realization led me to pursue a career in medicine, where I could combine my passion for science with my desire to help others. I hold a medical degree from the NYU Grossman School of Medicine and a master’s in public administration from the NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. These credentials, combined with my years of experience, underscore my expertise and commitment to excellence in emergency care.

My work in the emergency department centers on enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring patient safety. I am passionate about using systems-level thinking and problem-solving to contribute to our department’s success for providing seamless, coordinated care to our patients.
