As an associate professor at NYU Langone, I provide comprehensive and compassionate care to my patients. My philosophy centers on proactive healthcare engagement, ensuring that each patient feels heard and involved in their treatment plan. I find great fulfillment in my role, particularly in the collaborative environment at NYU Langone, where I can contribute to both patient care and groundbreaking research.

I specialize in neuroradiology, focusing on managing conditions such as migraine, white matter disease, and stroke. With over a decade of experience in the field, I have honed my expertise through extensive training and practice. I completed my radiology residency at Stanford and Massachusetts General Hospital at Harvard, followed by a subspecialty fellowship in neuroradiology at Massachusetts General Hospital. My commitment to advancing the field is reflected in my role as an associate editor for the journal, Frontiers in Neurology.

Throughout my career, I have been involved in numerous research projects and have received several prestigious awards, including the American Academy of Neurology's Harold Wolff-John Graham Award and the American Headache Society's Human Health Scholarship Award. My research interests are deeply rooted in improving outcomes for patients with migraine, white matter disease, and stroke. I am the principal investigator on an American Heart Association Scientific Development Grant and a co-investigator on NIH-funded studies, which allows me to stay at the forefront of medical advancements and integrate the latest findings into my clinical practice.

My journey into medicine was inspired by a desire to make a tangible difference in people’s lives. My passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation of physicians is evident in my involvement in educational initiatives, such as writing book chapters and organizing the annual Core Exam Review Course for the New York Roentgen Society. At NYU Langone, I am proud to be part of a team that prioritizes coordinated, seamless care for our patients.
