With four years of active duty service as an emergency physician in the U.S. Air Force, I trained and deployed as a critical care air transport physician and served as medical director for EMS within the Air Force. These experiences have shaped my commitment to patient-centered care, emphasizing shared decision-making and realistic, achievable treatment goals.
