I am a licensed clinical psychologist based in New York and I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. My journey into psychology was shaped by a deep curiosity about the complexities of human experiences and relationships. I am passionate about supporting families in overcoming challenges, fostering connection, and creating lasting positive change. I specialize in early childhood and parenting, ADHD and related behavioral concerns, anxiety, OCD, and trauma-related disorders. I have particular expertise in addressing the overlap between anxiety and ADHD, often working with highly sensitive and emotionally intense children who exhibit low frustration tolerance and strong reactions. Central to my approach is partnering with caregivers to strengthen parent–child relationships, enhance parental confidence, clarify family values, and implement sustainable changes at home. I also support new parents navigating stress and anxiety during the transition to parenthood, offering guidance tailored to their individual needs.
My clinical training spans diverse settings, including outpatient clinics, schools, inpatient units, and psychiatric emergency rooms, equipping me with a well-rounded and nuanced perspective on mental health care. I employ a range of evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and its adaptations, parent management training (PMT), supportive parenting for anxious childhood emotions (SPACE), and cue-centered therapy (CCT).
