About Me
As a pediatric neuropsychologist at the Child Study Center, which is part of Hassenfeld Children's Hospital at NYU Langone, I am dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families. My journey into neuropsychology was driven by a passion to help others and a specific interest in understanding childhood brain development and its impact on cognition, learning, and growth over time. I find immense value in working with children and families, and I strive to make longstanding connections through ongoing consultation beyond the evaluation process.
I specialize in evaluating children and adolescents with known or suspected neurodevelopmental conditions such as developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and learning disorders. Additionally, I have specialized training and experience assessing children with complex medical and neurological conditions that can affect cognitive development.
My goal is to ensure that evaluations are comprehensive, yet engaging and rewarding, fostering open, honest, and supportive communication with patients and families throughout the process. I am board certified in clinical neuropsychology through the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP), which underscores my commitment to providing the highest quality of care.
Throughout my career, I have focused on proactive healthcare engagement, emphasizing the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and training of future clinicians. As a faculty member within NYU Langone's Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, I work closely with a large team of providers who have expertise in a range of childhood psychological and psychiatric conditions. This collaborative approach ensures that my patients and families receive comprehensive and coordinated care tailored to their unique needs.
