As an emergency medicine physician at NYU Langone, I am dedicated to being a steadfast presence for patients during their most vulnerable moments, offering not just medical expertise but also genuine empathy and support. Building trust with individuals and the community is of utmost importance to me.

My journey into emergency medicine was profoundly shaped by my seven-year tenure in the U.S. military. During this time, I gained invaluable experience in tactical medicine, which involved collaborating with forward surgical teams and adeptly managing the medical readiness of infantry units. These settings taught me to make swift, critical decisions under pressure and to adapt with agility to diverse medical challenges in both domestic and international austere environments.

This robust foundation propelled me into the specialty of emergency medicine—a field that perfectly complements my intrinsic drive for fast-paced, diverse environments and my deep-seated desire to make a significant impact when it truly matters.

Regardless of whether I am working in a primitive setting or within the walls of a hospital, my primary goal remains unchanged: to deliver compassionate, high-quality care, often under challenging circumstances. My career is dedicated to cultivating a sense of security and trust, empowering patients with clear communication, ensuring they feel heard and cared for even amidst chaos.
