I’m passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults who don’t fit neatly into boxes—whose diagnoses are unclear, whose symptoms overlap, and whose families are searching for answers. This drive has shaped my journey as a clinical psychologist, prompting me to develop expertise in treating a broad spectrum of diagnoses and issues, to think creatively, and to develop tailored plans that address each individual’s unique needs.
Above all, I am committed to providing guidance, solutions, and hope for patients and their families as they face the complexities of mental healthcare. I’m grateful to do this work at the Child Study Center, part of Hassenfeld Children’s Hospital at NYU Langone, where I collaborate with an incredible team of experts to provide comprehensive, coordinated care for my patients.
My approach to therapy, which is grounded in evidence-based treatment, includes a flexible and personalized style, and considers the full context of each person’s life. To make the therapeutic process accessible and engaging, I often integrate humor, pop culture references, and interactive tools as I weave in patients’ interests. I also recognize that therapy can be uncomfortable and daunting, especially when addressing complex issues; that’s why I strive to create a supportive, collaborative space where patients and families feel heard and empowered, an environment that invites vulnerability, validates distress, and encourages both little and big wins.
Ultimately, I want to help youth, adults, and families improve their lives and feel hopeful about their future. At the Child Study Center, I partner with my patients through their toughest challenges and offer the support and guidance needed to create meaningful change. It’s a privilege caring for children, adolescents, adults, and their families through the ups and downs of therapy, helping them navigate obstacles and celebrating their progress.
