About Me
I became a physician, specifically a pediatrician, driven by a deep commitment to serve others and empower children to reach their fullest potential. The resilience of children and the strength of their families continually inspire me in my practice.
As a pediatric critical care physician at NYU Langone, I dedicate myself to the care and wellbeing of children facing complex and life-threatening conditions. It is my privilege to stand by young patients and their families during what can be some of the most daunting and transformative times of their lives.
In our pediatric intensive care unit, I am committed to delivering expert, evidence-based medical care while nurturing trust, fostering open communication, and building a genuine partnership throughout every stage of a child’s treatment. I firmly believe that compassion is just as crucial as clinical expertise, even in the most high-stakes situations.
Beyond my bedside role, I hold a deep passion for medical education. I devote time to teaching and mentoring medical students and residents, guiding them to hone the skills, judgment, and empathy necessary for providing care to our most critically-ill patients. My goal is to cultivate a learning environment that is both challenging and supportive, empowering trainees to build confidence while maintaining the humanistic values that originally guided them to the field of medicine.
