About Me

I became a speech–language pathologist because the profession is a perfect mesh of caregiving, science, and complex problem-solving. I find it immensely fulfilling when a child is able to thrive based on my ability to diagnose and provide quality recommendations.

I work with children, from birth into adolescence. I provide therapy for feeding and swallowing, airway, and voice and resonance disorders. I have a particular interest in managing developmental feeding and swallowing problems in children who have complex medical conditions, such as craniofacial disorders.

I believe in a patient- and family-centered approach to care. I prioritize the wellbeing of the child throughout treatment and always include the family’s input. Trust is earned through using evidenced-based treatment methods, paired with open and honest communication. This therapeutic approach is truly a two-way street and central to meeting the needs of patients and families during their care journey.
