About Me
As a clinical psychologist at the Child Study Center, part of Hassenfeld Children’s Hospital at NYU Langone, I am dedicated to providing compassionate and collaborative personalized support and treatments. I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults who face challenges with attention issues, difficulties with executive functioning and organization, disruptive behavior, and anxiety.
My journey into clinical psychology was inspired by an interest in the human experience and working together to support personal growth. This passion, combined with my appreciation for science, led me to pursue a career in which I could make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families.
I believe in developing and using treatments and skills grounded in science, while taking a holistic approach to address individual needs. I bring a skills-focused approach to my work inspired by experiences in sports, and provide support with building skills to meet changing demands at different life stages. I aim to support patients with improving skills in the settings where challenges occur, such as home, school/college, and sports.
Throughout my career, I have been committed to integrating scientific research into my clinical practice. I have co-authored research publications on obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and related disorders, and I have been involved in multiple research projects studying organizational skills training (OST) at NYU Langone. This experience allows me to incorporate the latest scientific findings into my treatment plans, ensuring that my patients benefit from the most current and effective therapeutic approaches.
