I pursued a career in medicine driven by a deep commitment to helping individuals during moments of vulnerability. Emergency medicine proved to be the ideal specialty, offering me the opportunity to work in high-pressure environments that require teamwork, quick thinking, and adaptability to change the trajectory of a patient’s worst day. In the emergency room, I take pride in being a steady, reassuring presence amidst chaos. My work challenges and motivates me daily, aligning with my dedication to serving those in need.

I care for patients across all age groups, from infants to older adults, presenting diverse and often undifferentiated complaints that require rapid assessment. These include acute exacerbations of chronic illnesses, traumatic injuries, infections, psychiatric crises, and sudden life-threatening events. The blend of acuity, unpredictability, and the variety of medical conditions encountered in emergency medicine is one of the defining aspects of his practice.

In my role, I perform an array of hands-on, time-sensitive procedures that have immediate impact on patient outcomes. My expertise includes airway management with intubation, central and peripheral line placements, and ultrasound-guided procedures such as FAST exams and nerve blocks. I also perform cardioversions, splinting, laceration repairs, and procedural sedation, among many others. With a unique combination of technical skill and rapid decision-making, I am dedicated to delivering effective, high-quality care.
