As a radiologist at NYU Langone, I am dedicated to providing exceptional patient care through advanced imaging techniques. My approach emphasizes precision and clarity, leveraging the latest technology and research to ensure that each patient receives an accurate diagnosis and a comprehensive treatment plan.

I specialize in cardiopulmonary radiology, focusing on interstitial and diffuse lung diseases, as well as imaging of lung transplantation. My expertise in high-resolution computed tomography (CT) of the chest allows me to diagnose patients with these complex conditions with greater accuracy.

Throughout my career, I have held several key leadership roles, including associate dean of diversity, equity, and inclusion for the College of Medicine and vice chair of education for the Department of Radiology at the University of South Florida. I have also served as radiology residency program director at Cleveland Clinic and the University of Florida. These positions have honed my skills in postgraduate and continuing medical education, utilization management, and quality improvement in cardiopulmonary imaging. My work as part of the American Board of Radiology’s Thoracic Angoff Exam Committee and as past specialty chair of the American College of Radiology’s Expert Panel on Thoracic Imaging underscores my commitment to advancing the field.

My educational journey began with a deep interest in the intersection of technology and medicine, which led me to pursue a career in radiology. I have authored or coauthored more than 150 peer-reviewed articles and contributed to multiple textbook chapters, reflecting my dedication to research and education. As an associate editor for “Current Problems in Diagnostic Radiology,” and as a peer reviewer for other leading journals, I remain actively engaged in the academic community, continually striving to improve diagnostic radiology practices.
