As a physician assistant at the NYU Langone Weight Management Program, I am dedicated to empowering my patients to take control of their health and achieve their goals. My approach is rooted in empathy and a genuine desire to support individuals on their journey to better health.

I specialize in obesity medicine, focusing on conditions commonly associated with obesity, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and insulin resistance. My expertise in nutrition and fitness allows me to offer comprehensive care that extends beyond traditional weight loss methods. I am passionate about helping patients find sustainable solutions that promote long-term health and wellbeing.

With more than two decades of experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge and practical skills to my practice. My personal journey of losing more than 100 pounds has given me a unique perspective and a deep understanding of the challenges my patients face. This experience, combined with my professional training, enables me to provide compassionate and effective care.

My educational background includes a bachelor of science in sports & fitness from the University of Central Florida and a master of medical science in physician assistant studies from Pace University and New York Institute of Technology. Inspired by my own weight loss success, I pursued a career in medicine to help others achieve similar transformations. I am proud to be part of NYU Langone, where I collaborate with a dedicated team to provide the highest standard of coordinated care for my patients.
