Medicaid Reenrollment Services

In March 2023, Medicaid stopped providing the continuous coverage available during COVID-19. Many Medicaid beneficiaries must reenroll to keep coverage. Beyond Bridges at NYU Langone Hospital—Brooklyn has partnered with Public Health Solutions (PHS) to provide additional Medicaid reenrollment support to the community.

In-Person Reenrollment Support

English- and Spanish-speaking enrollers are on-site Tuesdays from 9:00AM to 4:30PM at the following location:

Sunset Terrace Family Health Center at NYU Langone (in the lobby, beside the pharmacy)

Multilingual enrollers are available to assist by calling 929-502-0386.
