The NYU Langone Eye Test app allows you to perform a visual assessment on your mobile phone in preparation for a video or in-person appointment with your eye care provider.

The app works in conjunction with your NYU Langone Health MyChart account. You can securely submit eye test results from the app to your electronic health record for review and discussion with your NYU Langone provider. You can also save your eye test results as a screenshot in your mobile phone’s image gallery to share with your doctor.
