The Edmond J. Safra Interdisciplinary Home Visit Program for people with Parkinson’s disease, which is part of the Marlene and Paolo Fresco Institute for Parkinson’s and Movement Disorders at NYU Langone, brings world-class medical and psychosocial care to your home. Our team includes a neurologist, nurse, and social worker.
Together, we provide comprehensive, proactive, in-home care with the following goals:

- improving your healthcare outcome
- maximizing your independence and physical function
- reducing caregiver strain
