Eligibility Requirements | Virtual Urgent Care

The patient does not need emergency care.

If this is a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or visit the nearest emergency care location.

The patient (and parent or legal guardian for children’s visits) will physically be in the following state at the time of the visit:

Connecticut Florida Nevada New York New Jersey Pennsylvania

Our doctors are licensed to practice medicine in the above states. The patient must be physically located within one of those states at the time of treatment. For pediatric visits, both the parent or legal guardian and child must physically be in the same place in one of these states at the time of the visit.

The patient is responsible for his or her own healthcare decisions. If the patient is a child aged 12 to 17, he or she is accompanied by the parent or legal guardian who is responsible for his or her healthcare decisions. The patient understands that he or she, or the parent if the patient is a child, will receive email or text message notifications for the upcoming visit.

The patient or patient’s parent or legal guardian agrees to pay the fee for services rendered.

Your insurance plan may cover the cost of a Virtual Urgent Care visit for you or your child. If your insurance plan is not accepted or you do not want a claim submitted to your insurance carrier, the charge for a visit may be up to $126, plus any additional fees for other services provided.
