As an emergency medicine physician at NYU Langone, I am driven by a deep-seated desire to help others during their most vulnerable moments. The dynamic and fast-paced environment of emergency medicine excites me, as it allows me to provide immediate care and make critical decisions that can save lives. I am passionate about working with a diverse range of cases every day, ensuring that each patient receives the best possible care in urgent situations.

I specialize in treating a wide range of emergent conditions, including cardiac events, respiratory distress, trauma, severe infections, and more. My patients span all adult age groups, allowing me to address a variety of medical needs and engage with families in critical situations. With extensive training and experience, I am skilled in performing all emergent procedures, including intubations, central line placements, and various trauma interventions. My commitment to providing compassionate, expert care ensures that patients receive timely and effective treatment, no matter the situation.

Throughout my career, I have focused on proactive healthcare engagement. My work in emergency medicine has reinforced my passion for this field, particularly during my residency when I encountered a young patient who had suffered severe trauma. Working with a team to stabilize and ultimately save this patient’s life reminded me of the profound impact we can have when every second counts.

My journey into medicine began with a desire to help others, and my experiences have only strengthened this resolve. I believe in a patient-first approach, treating not only the medical condition but also considering the emotional and psychological aspects of care. I strive to involve patients in their treatment decisions, ensuring they understand their options and feel empowered during their care. The most fulfilling aspect of my job is seeing patients recover and knowing that I played a part in their healing process.
