Creating a supportive and understanding environment for my patients is at the heart of my practice as a psychologist at the Child Study Center, part of Hassenfeld Children’s Hospital at NYU Langone. I am dedicated to building relationships based on collaboration, safety, and respect, allowing us to work together to help patients achieve their goals and build the life they desire.
I specialize in treating mood and anxiety disorders and managing high-risk behaviors, including suicidality and non-suicidal self-injury. With extensive training in treatments such as cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), I am well-equipped to support my patients through their mental health challenges. Additionally, I have specialized training in treating sleep disorders, including insomnia and circadian rhythm disorders, with a particular interest in supporting healthy sleep during adolescence, especially when co-occurring mental health concerns are present. My clinical work and published research in this area underscore my commitment to advancing patient care.
