About Me
As a licensed clinical psychologist, my approach to therapy is rooted in evidence-based practices tailored for children, adolescents, adults, and couples. My style is collaborative and flexible; I prioritize your voice, values, and lived experience to ensure that treatment feels both effective and personally meaningful.
Additionally, as a provider who is fluent in English and Spanish, I offer care that is culturally attuned and inclusive. I strive to create a space where you can bring your full self, feel understood, and explore what truly matters to you.
With individuals of all ages, I integrate advanced techniques in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and trauma-focused interventions such as Prolonged Exposure (PE) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). My extensive experience includes supporting gender-expansive individuals and families, providing care informed by the latest research and best practices.
When working with parents and families, I focus on improving communication and family dynamics to promote a child’s emotional growth. Through practical, evidence-based strategies, I help caregivers reduce conflict, foster connection, and create nurturing environments where children and teens can thrive.
Couples will find guidance in navigating challenges such as communication barriers, intimacy issues, sexual dysfunction, and the impact of trauma through the Gottman Method's proven strategies. Whether you’re exploring new relationship structures or deepening an existing bond, therapy provides a space to cultivate emotional safety, strengthen trust, and enhance understanding.
Ultimately, my work centers on helping you or your family move toward greater clarity, balance, and well-being.
